COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF BUSIA
COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF BUSIA STANDING ORDERS
SPECIAL SITTING OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY
PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 27 (3) of the County
Assembly of Busia Standing Orders, it is notified for the information
of Members of the County Assembly of Busia and the general public
that there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly to be held
on Friday, 23rd October, 2026, at 9.00 a.m. at the Busia County
Assembly Buildings.
The business to be transacted at the special sitting shall Tabling of
the Busia County Budget Review and Outlook Paper for FY
2025/2026. In accordance with Standing Order 27 (4) of the County
Assembly of Busia Standing Orders, the business specified in this
notice shall be the only business before the County Assembly during
the special sitting,

COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF KIRINYAGA STANDING ORDERS
SPECIAL SITTING OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY
NOTICE is given to all Members of County Assembly of
Kirinyaga that pursuant to Standing Order No. 18 (1) and (2) of the
County Assembly of Kirinyaga Standing Orders, on the request of the
Governor, I have appointed Tuesday, 3rd November, 2026 at 11.00
a.m., as a day for special sitting of the County Assembly to be held in
the County Assembly Chambers, Kerugoya.
The Business to be transacted during the special sitting shall be the
Annual Address by the Governor, Anne Mumbi Waiguru. In
accordance with Standing Order No. 26 (3) of the County Assembly of
Kirinyaga Standing Orders, the business specified shall be the only
agenda before the County Assembly.
